I'm allergic to daisies? Calendula and chamomile are in the daisy family. I cover this in the safety chapter with alternatives.
Can I use fresh herbs? You can, but I teach why dried is better for tea and give you the fresh vs dried conversion.
Can I use it if pregnant? I include pregnancy safety for each herb and a full safety chapter. Check with your midwife/practitioner before internal use.
How long will it last? Download it forever. Herbs themselves are best used within 12 months of drying.
